About UNIC:
Ukrainian Network of Integrity and Compliance (UNIC) is an initiative for businesses that want to work transparently. It was launched on 19 May 2017 by the Business Ombudsman Council with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
The purpose of UNIC is to promote the idea of doing business ethically and responsibly. Companies who join the network commit themselves to support good business reputation and improve compliance standards.
By instituting responsibility in the foundations of a company’s operation, businesses will be able to counter corruption, lighten regulatory pressures, ease access to credits and foreign investments, and foster their entry onto international markets.
