Since the last issue of our Tax Alert (as of 23 April 2014) new changes in tax legislation of Ukraine have been adopted. Herewith we offer to your attention the summary of the main changes that might affect you or your business.
- Application of the progressive tax rate scale for dividends postponed from 1 July 2014 to 1 January 2015;
- New excise tax on spirits will apply starting 1 July 2014;
- Tax base for residential property changed from residential to gross area;
- 1 October 2014 - new deadline for transfer pricing reports.
